Our dearest family and friends,
We can hardly believe that is almost the end of another year. 2015 treated us well and we hope that it did the same for you.
The most exciting thing this year was our family vacation in February. We went to California for a week, hitting Legoland, Disneyland, the San Diego Zoo. It was a lot of fun, the kids were surprisingly really good on the car trip (Mom kept them well stocked with activities) and we had a great time. The best part of Disneyland was seeing the magic in our kids’ faces. They really believed they had entered the world of Disney and couldn’t get enough. No one took naps while we were there, although we had a few instances of kids falling asleep on the way to the house we rented and missing dinner because they were so exhausted. The kids got to meet most of their favorite characters and keeping asking when we get to go back to our Disney house.
We definitely kept busy this year with our three crazy kiddos. They have grown and changed so much!
Kyler turned 5 this year and he is always making us laugh. He is definitely a goofy boy who loves knock knock jokes! He is making his daddy proud and loves star wars, especially darth vader. He keeps asking us when he gets to go see the new star wars. Kyler loves to play with his friends and lucky for him, one of his best friends is his back yard neighbor. Kyler goes to preschool and loves it. He has such a zest for learning. He is so excited to start kindergarden next year, even though mom and dad are not too sure about him already being that old.
Korbin will turn 4 this next February and is his brother’s sidekick. He loves to be everywhere Kyler is and wants to be just like him. Korbin thinks he is hulk, so much in fact that he was hulk for a second year for Halloween. Korbin loves to wrestle, especially with our pets and daddy. Korbin goes to preschool with Kyler and is a big fan of riding the bus. He is learning so much and has started correcting people if they spell his name wrong. Korbin likes to keep mommy on her toes and always finding himself in different predicaments, like getting stuck in the cat tower.
Our baby girl turned one this year. It is definitely different having a girl around but it is so fun. Kaezli loves her dolls, dressing up in dresses and jewelry, and watching Frozen. She still has her brothers wrapped around her finger and always wants to be doing exactly what they are doing. If they are wrestling, she will be right in middle of the pile. She is our little tomboy princess! She is so friendly and loves to share her adorable smile with anyone she sees.
Our family grew this year, as Daisy {our dog} got two new friends. Over the summer we got Batcat and then right after Thanksgiving we got Donald the dog. Korbin would probably tell you that Batcat is his pet and Donald loves to follow mom around but they have been become good friends with all of us. We love them but no matter how much Kyler keeps asking, mom says no more pets. It’s starting to feel like a circus sometimes.
Jason and I are doing well. Jason is still working hard at Conservice and is well loved there. He is one of the bear scout leaders in our ward and then both of us teach a class in primary. He definitely stays busy but as soon as he is home, he is on the floor with the kids wrestling and playing. The kids love it when daddy comes home! I love staying home with our kids. Kaezli and I are getting good at getting our errands run while the boys are at school so that we can play lots when they are home. I am still working for my dad and he definitely keeps me busy.
We hope that you all had a wonderful year and have a very merry Christmas!
We love you all!
The Clark Family-Jason & Naomi, Kyler, Korbin, & Kaezli
