Halloween fun!

The kids were spoiled as we had what they called the week of halloweeen! There was so much halloween stuff going on, we loved it!
We tried to go the pumkin walk on Monday evening but the line was too long (we are not fans of crowds and didnt want to get herded through the pumpkin walk), so we went back on tuesday during the late afternoon.
The picture things at the end are the best part. We did Winnie the pooh for daddy!
and Charlie brown for grandma
Harry Potter Korbin
Kyler the Genie!
Mr Incredible!
kkkkkkkkkoooorrrrrrbbb imnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn (Korbin wanted to type his name)
Our sweet ariel
Toy story!
On Wednesday it was our ward's trunk or treat and Kaezli's first time really trick or treating.  She LOVED it.  She walked the entire time, and went up to every person holding up her bucket. She didnt want to stop either.
For halloween this year we all decided we wanted to do star wars themed.  Korbin chose our a Kylo Ren costume but wouldnt wear it for any halloween activities.  He just wanted to wear his favorite hulk costume!
On Thursday the boys had a trick or treat parade at school.  They loved getting to dress up for school
They loved getting to see so many teachers and parents for treats.
Then they sang songs for us.  It was fun seeing them enjoying school so much!
On Friday Conservice did their trick or treat.  Conservice always goes all out for halloween and its one of our favorite parts of halloween.
Then we got to hang out with daddy while we waited for him to get done working.
Even during halloween fun, he's always working hard!
The force is strong with this one!
Jason's team did clue this year for halloween.  It was interactive.  They always go above and beyond!
On halloween, saturday, we had lots of fun.  We loved that daddy got to do halloween activities with us this year!
First we went to a carnival at the library.  I didnt get any pictures of the carnival but it was super cute and lots of fun.  While we waited for Duncan, Bobbi Jo and Aunt Raylene, I took some pictures.  I always forget to take pictures of halloween and this year I took SO many! :)
Darth Vader! Kyler was so excited to be darth vader this year.
Duncan and Kyler were both darth vader and they loved being twinners!
We went to Lee's as they also have epic halloween activities!
Then we went trick or treating at the grandparents, where I finally got a family picture.  I love this sweet family of mine.
Kyler planned my costume.  He wanted to be in charge for a day so he asked me to be storm trooper.  He kept asking me all day if my chores were done.  He's a funny kid!
Wore out from the halloween fun!
After dinner I took the kids around our neighborhood.  Well more like dragged them, they just wanted to go home and hand out candy.  Such silly kids!
They were very excited with their candy stash! It will probably last us until next halloween!

Kyler is 5

I have a 5 year old! How in the world is that possible?! I love birthdays and probably always go overboard but I love celebrating these special days!
So Jason and I decided that on even years we will do friends parties and odd years we will do an activity (with one friend or family).  Kyler seemed to get it all, he throughly enjoyed his birthday!
Kyler's best friend, Baylee, is our backyard neighbor.  We made mud pies with her and her cousin Abby as a prebirthday celebration.
They were a hit!
Kyler woke up bright and early on his birthday, started jumping on his bed saying it's my birthday hip hip hooray!  He was so excited!
Donuts on your birthday is a must!
Kyler got a scooter for his birthday and he loves it!
Kyler decided we all had to wear darth vader shirts for his birthday, luckily Korbin had one when he was younger for Kaezli.
Kyler has been planning his birthday for two months, one of the things he planned was a surprise party.  He talked to papa and decided that they were going to go to ice cream.  I was supposed to have everyone come to our house to surprise him.  We wanted to throw him off so we had everyone go to my dad's house and papa made an excuse why he had to go home and we all surprised him.  He loved it!
Korbin loved the cake!
The other thing Kyler planned was his birthday activity.  He wanted to go to the museum of natural curiosity with his cousins.  We decided that it would be fun to have a fun family weekend, which ended up being good as none of his cousins could make it to the museum.  We had a blast and loved every minute of our weekend!
Kaezli loved the big beds at the hotel! Kyler was so excited that him and brother got a big bed!
We searched for the perfect hotel and I think we found it.  It had the best pool I've ever seen at a hotel.  We had so much fun swimming!

Korbin took some coaxing to get into the pool.  He thought it would be fun to just sit on the side.
Once we got him in, Korbin loved it!
After swimming we went and got dinner, then headed to Cornbelly's.  We have never been before and have decided that it will now be a yearly tradition! so much fun!
This year it was minion themed which Korbin especially loved.  They were so excited to see a minion.
The slides were a hit.
Roping the calf
I thought it would be fun to send grandma a picture of the hay minions, Kaezli disagreed.
A barrel train that were big enough for adults!

Our favorite part was the corn on the cob beach.  We stayed there forever and just played.  Kaezli loved filling her buckets up with corn and would get so mad if you moved her or distracted her.  She can be so serious.
It was seriously so cool!
Getting buried in corn on the cob!
We had to drag the kids away from cornbelly's but they crashed before we got out of the parking lot!
The next day we got to go the museum of natural curiosity and we spent the whole day there! There is so much to do!
The treehouses are Kyler's favorite part.
Flying the plane!
Kaezli got to go up into the treehouse this time.

They did a little critters class which was so cool, we got to see a silver red fox, a raccoon, a hedgehog and a skunk.
They got to touch the hedgehog.
The only animal that Kaezli would touch was the skunk, silly girl.
The boys got to feed the raccoon.  They loved it!
Putting on a circus!
Korbin the vet
My boys are now asking for a lego room....

Feeding the fish is something else!
When everyone bailed, we called papa who gladly came to join us for a few hours!  thank you papa!

So funny story, I havent touched the demographics area since this visit as i thought is was kitty litter.  I would try to distract the kids from it.  Jason convinced me to touch it and see that it was like clay sand.  My mind is just messed up, why would they have kitty litter for kids to play in.
They sat and watched the magic show for awhile.  It was a great way to end our visit!
After the museum we went to popeye's for dinner.  While we waited for our food the boys watched daisy at her pet hotel.  They loved that her hotel had webcams and kept telling me they missed her.
We had so much fun celebrating our silly kyler, I still cannot believe he is 5!
