Our new home!

Jason and I, like many couples, have had a dream to get a house.  Jason got promoted last december and we knew that buying a house was going to become a reality now.  We planned to aim for right about now (fall 2014) and save up until then. In april one of Jason's coworkers heard that we were saving up for a house and she referred us to her realtor and loan officer.  She said they were saving up too and thought it would be awhile for them to get a home but that these two made it a reality within a couple months.  Jason called the realtor and sent in an application to the loan officer.  I was very hesitant as I was 7 months pregnant and didnt want to move again while pregnant.  We decided that we would just get our foot in the door, look at some homes but we werent going to look into buying until after Kaezli was born.  So inbetween conference sessions on Saturday we went and looked at 5 homes.  We liked some, hated others but both fell in love with the same.  The following saturday we looked at some more and relooked at some too.  We still were both in love with the same one.  During the week we had talked to the loan officer and this house was in budget for what we had been preapproved for.  We prayed and fasted and both felt prompted that we should go for it right away.  The following monday we put an offer in, which was immediatly accepted and we were under contract.  Due to us getting a USDA loan and some issues with my income (I hadnt been working for two solid years and so we had to fight for the USDA to count my income), It took us 6 weeks to close but we finally closed May 30.  We had to be out our apartment May 31 so needless to say it got stressful there at the end but it all worked out! We are now home owners and we love it!! We have lived here for 3 months and still tell each other on a regular basis how much we love our house!!
Now that our house is finally all decorated, I have some pictures for everyone! :)
our keys and garage door openers....We have a garage!!!
One of the boys' favorite is the play area in back in our huge backyard!
Thats right, Sold to us!
When you walk in, the first thing is our front room, which until we get more furniture is our office.
As you walk in more you walk in to our dining room.
which is right by our kitchen...excuse my silly kids doing the dishes.
You can see the family room from the kitchen which I love! By the family room is our laundry room, an unfinished bathroom and the entrance to the garage.
Our sliding door to out back used to have ugly vertical blinds but we quickly fixed that! :)
Jasons favorite part of the house is the partially finished basement which he has turned into his mancave!
But there is a room for me to do my crafts!
This is on one stair wall
This is the other!
The upstairs bathroom
The boys superhero room...They love it!
Jason told Kyler he was going to hang up pictures so Kyler went and grabbed the mickey picture and told daddy it was also going up in his room.
"Sometimes being a brother is even better than being a superhero"
Kaezli's poohbear/flower garden room...Jason and I couldnt agree on a theme so we compromised and I think it turned out!
This was Jason's idea and i love how it turned out!

Sorry that there are no pictures of the master bed and bath but we havent got around to painting those how we wanted so I will get pictures when we get around to painting.  Oh and I should have posted a picture of it but Jason would like it to be know that his truck and my van can both fit into the garage! That is our home in a nutshell. :)

PS if you are in the market for a house we HIGHLY recommend Yvonne Sparrow with Boomerang Realty and Karen Nielson with Guild Mortgage.  They worked so hard for us and we know we would not be in our home without them! We seriously loved working with them!

Kyler!

Whenever you ask Kyler how old he is, he will tell you 4. He wants to grow up a lot quicker than mommy wants him too! Kyler is our little goofball and loves to make people laugh.  He loves spiderman and is always telling me how he is little spiderman and daddy is big spiderman.  He gave his first talk a couple months ago at church and managed to incorporate spiderman into it.  He did a wonderful job and made me cry! He absolutely loves his two younger siblings and is constantly doing nice things for them.  He has a harder time adjusting since Kaezli came home, mainly when it comes to mom and dad leaving but we think it is because he is scared I will go back to the hospital.  He did not like seeing me in the hospital at all.  He without a doubt loves Kaezli though.  He is quite the ladies man and has a plethora of girl friends at church.  He has quite the imagination and is always telling us stories.  We love our Kyler man!

Seriously they are the cutest brothers!
Helping daddy get the bark out of the truck.
Pushing Korbin in the wagon

Taking selfies with daddy

Swimming!

Whenever my dad works close to us, Kona comes for visits and the boys always get so excited to see her!

Yummy blue ice cream!
The joy of weekly appts, the boys got to join me at the doctors a lot!
Even spiderman needs cuddles.
We love going on picnics.
The day we moved, Kyler was resting in our bed while we set up his bed and he feel asleep.
Kyler loves our play area!
The boys got new beds in their super hero room, Kyler had to try his new comforter out as soon as we got it!

no wonder his shirts are always stretched out!
He pointed at the box and said thats me....
kyyyyyyyler asad
**Thats Kyler typing hi! :)

Mr. Korbin

It's hard for me to believe that Korbin is already 2 1/2.  He is definitely our little man that keeps us on our toes.  This kid never stops and can find trouble very easily.  He is an adreline junkie, much to his mommy's dismay.  He loves 4 wheelers, snowmobiles, boats, and forklifts.  Lucky for him grandpa has all of those so he gets to enjoy them regularly.  He is super sweet and loves to give kisses.  He is starting to talk and we are starting to understand him, its fun to hear him.  He loves his siblings.  Much to Kyler's dismay, he is always copying him.  He loves to hold his sister and cant figure out why he cant carry her where ever he wants.  We sure do love our Korbin!
He wanted to do dishes and didnt want to wait for mommy so he got up there by himself....
He had lots of practice with his stuffed animals before sister was born.
Korbin loves animals and it took lots of convincing to get him to not chase the geese!
He will never admit he's tired...

We got ice cream the night before he became a big brother.  He is so grown up!
He loved riding on the razor too!
He loves to take selfies on my phone!
Since we switched Korbin out of his crib we often find him in random spots in the house in the morning.  I think we have a sleep walker on our hands.

Quite possibly one of my favorites of Korbin!
Grandma and Grandpa got a rabbit and Korbin LOVES him!

We stayed in Salt lake one night when we had some family visiting, Korbin made sure to check the bed out first thing!

Cutest 2 year old ever!
