January 2022

 And just like that January is over!  It was kind of slow month as spent part of it sick (the joys of cold and flu season) and it has been so gosh darn cold.  We managed to stay warm and have some fun AND we are all healthy again!

We went and saw Sing 2 on New Years Day and loved it!

The kids noticed that their pictures in LDS tools were like 4 years old so they insisted on taking new ones and they turned out cute!

Also we have 9AM church and we managed to be all ready and have time for pictures!  We are off to a good start!

I cant believe how grown up they all look!

Kaezli actually woke up sick but Kyler was getting ordained as a deacon so her and I showed up just for that.  so we had to take a selfie.  

I cant believe this kid is old enough to be a deacon!

I got Kaezli and her cousins matching bracelets for Christmas and its safe to say she loves it!

Kyler got to go to the temple for the first time bright and early one Saturday morning!  It was supposed to be one parent per kid but luckily I got to go as a young women leader.  It was such a special day!

We were supposed to take Duncan to Boondocks for his birthday but then ended being sick so we went a week later.  They all had so much fun!

I think they were happy with all their prizes.

Kyler figured out how to make collages on his phone and he is making some cute collages.

Mom was sick all columbus day weekend and the kids got really creative!

Kamden built himself a glasses table

Kaezli had her winter performance and did so good.  She got to perform at Ellen Eccles Theater which was really cool.  

She loves that she gets to see Bobbi Jo at recitals!

Pizza pie after is a definite must!

I love seeing her caught up in a good book!

Kamden has become obsessed with Hawaii and even wrote about it in his homework.

Jason's desk makes me happy, the little I love you heart from Kaezli and a way old picture of me.  I love how sentimental Jason is!

December 2021

I can't believe that December and 2021 is officially over, Time has just flown.  I wasn't the best at taking pictures (trying to live in the moment and all!) but it was definitely a fun month!

This kid loves to request movie night, and it always makes me laugh when I get to see how he falls asleep!

Cousins are the best!

We have been taking some of my dad's birds for days here and there.  We ventured out on a walk which was truly an adventure!

Jack also joined us for family movie night, he enjoyed the cuddling!

Jason got invited to Nibley City's Christmas party and it was so nice to have a night out just us.  

Kaezli was really excited about popcorn, she says cindy lou who loves popcorn!

I saw an ad for Christmas minis and we decided to go get some.  It was FREEZING!!  but they turned out so cute!

We made Christmas cards and then didnt really send any out, oh well.

Target had some fun gingerbread houses so we definitely had to try them out!  Korbin definitely loved the football staduim.

She said the glitter chateau was her favorite!

Every gummy bear on his house was named after someone in our family and he kept telling us stories about what was happening on the treehouse.  He has biggest imagination!

He wished it was a basketball staduim but he was still pretty excited about his football staduim.

Miss Kaezli was obsessed cindy lou who hair, we did it 4 times this season.

My dad needed us to take some birds to the vet for some nail trims and ace decided he wanted to try "driving"

Kyler is such a huge help with the birds!  

Santa visited!

Kyler was so excited that Santa surprised Firesaurus with some costumes.

Korbin was so excited that Santa made his wish of a big tiger come through!  

Kaezli got a jojo siwa doll with a scooter and thought it was the coolest thing ever!

All of Kamden's paw patrol dreams came through!

Grandma and Grandpa gave us an ice cream maker and boy have we loved it!  We have had so much yummy ice cream!

Jason always surprises me with the sweetest gifts!  This is a picture we took in Hawaii and I cannot wait to hang it up!

I got Jason an eye massager (I secretly just wanted to try it myself :)) and it's safe to say he has enjoyed it.  

New scooters are always so fun!

These crazy kids tried to get up for Christmas at 1 in the morning and had the hardest time going back to sleep.  Needless to say they crashed Christmas afternoon.  

I got a yoga mat for Christmas and these two have used it almost every day!

I told these two to dress warm as we were helping move some things at parrotdise, they tried to see how many layers they could put on!

We had some sickies after Christmas so we had to cancel a lot of plans but we enjoyed a lot of time together.  

We had sick kids over new years too so we stayed in just us.  We played a lot of games and Korbin wanted us to open some geodes, it turned it quite the adventure.  We were sad to not spend New Years with family, but we managed to have a good time!  Here's to 2022!
